I have been doing some research and it led to a little confusion. So I have a couple questions.

1. ON lighting i am going to use cfl lights and i have read that the cool white spec is good for Vegatation but i have read that the daylight bulbs 6500k are good for vegetation which should i use? And i have read that the warm white is good for flowering but i have also heard that the wide spectrum bulb is the best for flowering. Overall i would like to know what floresent spec is the best for each stage.
full spectrum
cool white spec
daylight spectrum
warm white spectrum
wide spectrum
HELP ME PLEASE

im using some 3000k, 5000k and 6500k for vegging and they are all working great.. although I have heard a mix of 3000k and 6000k does vegging wonders.. and lots of 6000k for flowering.. or better yet go with metal halid or high pressure sodium for flowering.

6400k for veg is supposedly optimal but 5000 or 5500k will work too - a mixture of them certainly wouldn't hurt.

most people using CFLs however tend to stick with 6400k for veg and 2700k (warm white) for flowering, HOWEVER during the flowering stage throw a couple of 6400k in there with the 2700k's - I've read of people doing this with good results.

appreciate it im going with the 6400kbulbs and a mix of 6400 k and warm white 2700 k when flowering. do you think 2 105/w watt bulbs will work for three plants. im not ging to do it big cause i live in a city where you go take a shit in your bath room and your neighbor can smell it.
