EDIT - Is that signature really going to help if you get caught? If there is some legal precedent about this, I would love to see it placed before me, but I doubt a signature like that will counterbalance the illegal plants growing in your closet/cabinet/spare room.

The Dems and Obama RAN on the position that they would pass health care reform. They promised it, they got elected partly for it and now they are delivering on that promise. ( The problem is, there would have been much better ways to help Americans as a whole without ramming a 2700 page monstrosity down everyone's throats. The bill that was passed is unnacceptable to most Americans. )

Democracy is waiting until the next election and voting them out. ( Once again, we DO NOT LIVE IN A DEMOCRACY! ) Not getting angry because someone took your ball and then pointing an AK47 at them.( At a certain point when the gov. stops serving the will of the people , instead serving the will of the lobbyists for CORPORATE AMERICA, is could be considered time to revolt. Our forefathers stated this very clearly when they created whis country that it is the duty of the people to keep the government in check, and the second ammendment was placed in the bill of rights to assure the people would always be able to stop a tyrannical government ) THAT IS TYRANNY. ( No, what you described is not tyranny, stop using words you don't understand. )


Now im not saying it's time to shoot democrats because this rediculous bill was passed ( fining citizens and not letting them file their taxes if they don't have health insurance payed for out of their own pocket??? are you serious???)

But its time to start with changing the rules of politics via shorter term limits and campaign reform including very low standardized budgets. These two things could make this country better for all.


If the Dems pulled this shit 6 years ago they would have been traitors and terrorists.

the party system itself has become an atrocity that limits the people's choice and assures the continuance of outmoded and dangerous agendas. consolidating political power within these plodding behemoths and allowing them to control the choice of candidates with their wealth and ties to established power bases, we doom ourselves to repeating the same mistakes over and over again simply because the agendas never change. once again, it is name recognition that decides the outcome of elections and the successes and failures of past party members that sways the opinion of the ignorant masses. those outside of the major parties have little chance against such uneven competition, in an arena where the loudest voice often determines the fate of the nation. the major parties have turned our government into their own private battlefield, ignoring the will of the people and engaging in a perpetual slug fest to determine bragging rights until the next popularity contest comes around.
