Contam or Not?

These are PF tek jars full of psilocybe cubensis APE strain mycelium that's been sitting in a dark box at around 78-80 degree F for the last 3 months. I suspected it might just be metabolites and mushrooms developing, but I'd like some other opinions on if this is safe to put into a bulk grow or not. [End of the first Jar]

The slower growth on this side and the blackish blue spot are a little worrying, but might just be an invitro mushroom? Here's a close up:

Oh ya is the blueish stuff mold or bruising?

Well if the first images is the first jar [with the cartoon].
I would say wait 7-12 more days and if it still looks clean and white. You are good.

That second jar though... Has got to go, Mate.

And next time You do an inoculation... Make sure You use jars with no lip.
It is almost impossible to get a colonized BRF/verm substrate out of a lipped mason jar.

Also... Are You trying to case this substrate or something?
If so... BRF/verm is not the substrate mixture You should be using.

If You are casing or moving substrate to bins [terrarium],
You should be using a lose, thick moving substrate. Such as corn, WBS, or rye grains...etc.
Not BRF/verm.

BRF/verm is essential for PF Tek. And all PF teks use jars with NO LIP.

Three months? One of those jars show signs of regrowth. When mycelium is damaged, usually by heat or submersion of water the damaged parts can be regrown on top of the damage.

But hey. Next time use less substrate and shake the thing well a few times, no jar should take more than a few weeks.

Yup thanks for the kind advice! I'll get the hang of it, I did another pf cake beside this one that went through 3 flushes before these were even halfway colonized. Ape strain really does take it's time and will definitely try a different sub-strate the next chance I get.
