Cool tube question

Ok so my grow temps are sitting at around 26c and 27c when door is shut as you can see by the picture there is not yet my filter/fan connected, what drop am i likely to see if the temperate once they are linked up

I think you will be able to cycle that fan at the desired set temperature. However, the room will only be as cool as the air it is bringing in, generally
