Cool tubes

Hey I have this. http://www.dampkring.nl/14649/600w-hps-complete-set.html

Would I be able to use a cool tube? i've been seeing them around the shop, but never heard of them before.

I'm having problems with my tent and the temp is 40 C! with cold are blowing in(but no extractor fan.

you can hook up an exhaust fan with out a cool tube. have the fan extract air from the top of your grow room. it will cool things down a lot, and at the same time bring in fresh air
