Where im from near Detroit Michigan just having one plant can get you 4 years in prison & a $20,000 fine,for having 21 plants they can give you 7 years & a $500,0000 fine,having 200 plants they can give you 15 years in prison & a $10,000,000 fine (thats 10 million for the kiddies),all these charges also include loosing all your assets including your home & all bank accounts & cash.
The laws here are insane & driven by seizure laws.

Um.. if you live in a state like California that now requires fingerprints to get your license, you're in the system. But, I agree, had they wanted you, you'd be theirs.well i KNOW it was cops because they ripped em out of the pots and left the dirt and roots.... bastards

I know what you mean. I am in a med state (where the cops decide that they don't like the med law).
CULTIVATION:
- mandatory fine: 35% of market value
- 1st offense:
- 30 plants or less / 1 lb or less:
- up to $50,000, up to 10 years in prison
- over 30 plants/ over 1 lb:
- up to $50,000, 2 years to life in prison
- 30 plants or less / 1 lb or less:
- 2nd offense:
- up to double the time and fines above
And look how the laws are written If I have 4 plants, 26 below the 30, but yield more than a pound....life!!!!!!Life in fucking prison for growing a plant.....And I can attest that this state weighs wet...I could harvest one lb wet.(3-4 oz) dry, and LIFE!!!!! I love my state, but we are bassackwards on this law.

For guerrilla grows, its best to find a location you have a vantage on from somewhere else. so you can look at the spot with binoculars without being there, if the plants are pulled, then don't go in if the plants are pulled.

well i think i will stay in oz, i thought it sucked here ,but that is unreal i i could fucking kill someone and get less time ,providing it was manslaughter ,not first degree ,i think it must vary a great deal in the states ?? ,move to a less strict state or move to oz ,they can take your assets ,but since i rent ,i dont think they will bother me much for what i grow ,and those laws seem a bit fucking hard for weed ,you think they would have better things to do.

Well my auto aks are coming in soon, so ill be starting a new grow.... deffenitly not near the same place.
I think i might just grow completly under shade.... i really dont want them to find another one of my grows.
But next year.... they aint finding shit, im making sure of it

You must really like living on the edge. I know for myself I would give sometime for this to cool down. They could be waiting for your next move. If Pigs have anything it is time! They will and do sit on evidence until the suspect fucks up. Hope your not playing into there hands. Everyone who grows outdoors has to be more cautious and watch there back and this is a prime reason why. I said it before and i will say again, unless you like the idea of going to prison give it a rest for a while. Enough said!

ya in the 'big brother' uk. you guys got more cops and more camera grids than any other country in the world, with the exception of china's sattelite network. so fuck the government and the police. i live in northern california, and its supposedly not a big priority here....but, in the city i live in they just bought those stupid UAV's (unmanned aerial vehicle.) its like a 6 foot remote controlled airplane that has flir(heat vision), night vision and realtime recording and shit....sucks for us. they can take pics from a couple thousand feet. you'd never even know it was happening....i hate the states!
p.s. the UAV's are the same kind that they use to bomb "insurgents" in iraq, afghanistan and wherever they DONT tell you about.

haha this isnt csi shit....do u know how hard it is to get a legit fingerprint? pretty dam hard...its not like u killed someone.. dont worry about it and just stay away from that area? was it on ur property? if it was then the cops have no right on ur property even if they see huge ass plants in ur backyard... they need a warrent

it costs alot of money for them to take fingerprints and they would need permission before they can put up any cameras...either from the property owner or the judge. around here they would probably just save themselves the money and the trouble and just put it in the newspaper and try to get someone to talk. if no one calls then they wouldnt bother with it. fingerprints and cameras seems like an awful lot for some marijuana plants. and why would they leave you a card letting you know they were there when they could hav just acted like they never found the stuff then got permission from the judge to put up a camera then bust you. leaving a card would make no sense. i think they just left the card as a warning and they will probably not waste time and money trying to figure out who the stuff belonged to.
