.... the point is that your wife can attack you, break her wrist on the top of your head, and then run to the battered womens bureau and have you arrested and your kids taken "from your custody".... then, it can be proved in the same day that she is a lying bitch, and all she has to do is scream "he touches the kids" and you will be arrested... again, and have your children taken.... again.... all while mother is at her newest boyfriend's house, not giving a damn about where her children are.....

Bro, I am a member of that club! Trying to make a long story short, Wife at the time and I got into a heated argument. It was bad but not physical. I go to work the next day and go home. She says what are you doing here? She filed a restraining order that I beat her up and she filed for divorce. I am like WTF (I had the feeling someone was hiding in the house so I left, not wanting to get in a fight or have my ass kicked), so I leave and stay with a friend. I get a lawyer and after a few days I get served at work with the restraining order, and they take my concealed carry permit. I ask my lawyer to check about the divorce threat. He found no record so I told him to file and I wanted the kids.
BAM!!! I am now being charged with molesting my three boys any was told to report for questioning. My lawyer said not to go as I would be arrested under suspicion while it all worked out and to plead the 5th as there was no proof.
Kids have physicals to check on things, nothing is found but the judge said since I would not talk he had to error on the side of caution and accepted what the bitch said. Restraining order extended! I am placed on the child abuse registry.
New girlfriend in the picture, she loves my kids, WE WANT MY KIDS. We get married and she fights like hell to help me get my kids.
Few years go by,
WE win custody of my kids. The Ex is investigated and is found abusing the kids via lack of supervision and medical care...She is now on the Child Abuse Registry X3. She appeals that ruling and looses.
My new wife and I have had custody of my kids for 9 years now. The bitch pays me child support. She worked in the health care field. Since she is on the abuse register, she lost all licenses to care for anyone, and can no longer work in any field where she is responsible for the care of others. The cunt now bakes cakes for Wal-mart.
You can win in cases like this, but if you don't have a good lawyer and do all the research and foot work like we did, the system is biased against the man. You are wrong until you prove you are right.
THE SYSTEM IS FUCKED! But I fought against it. It cost me a lot of money, but thanks to the research and foot work of my now current wife, there would of been no chance in hell I could of won. Even the DHS supervisor said in his 19 years of working in DHS, I was the first case where he ruled against the mother in favor of the father...It sucks but that is the fact Jack.
