Cotyledon leaves closed

Hi everyone!
So I'm new in growing weed! I got 4 seeds and two of them germinated (3 days ago).
I know the seedling phase, the plant needs 18h light and I live in Tunisia, the weather is sunny and ideal now! So I put the the 2 mediums in the sun during the day and by night I put them under 40w white led (full spectrum 6500K) (~35/40cm).
When I put them under the white led, the cotyledon leaves of ysecond plant (the younger) close!
Is it normal? If no what should I do?
Also what do you think about their aspects? Are they good?
Many thanks.

I believe that the cotyledons closing would mean you should try giving them stronger light, hopefully someone else can chime in

Yes of course! From Morocco!
Should be interesting to see how it turns out but i think it might be a different type of plant. I've never seen pointed cotyledons on cannabis before. I think Avering could be right though might be too much light or the plant hasn't fully opened yet.

Thanks a lot guys! When I woke up this morning, I found that the leaves have opened! And I put them under the sunlight!
