could it be cold?

hey guys, the bottom is turning purple. you think it could be from the cold? i have an window open all time, and temps might come down to much less then 50C.

Thats 122F...must mean 50F. If that is the case that is deffinately some cold temps if sustained. I try not to dip below a 70 degree night veg and 65 degree night bloom.

Ya, get your temps up at least to 68 or 70.
The cold will also slow your growth, not just give the discoloration.

That looks like it could be a multitude of things. Overwatered, needs a bigger container, and more than anything, looks hungry.

Thanks. Why do you say that it looks Hungry?

Because it is such light green in color. If you are overwatering(which the droopiness suggests), you could be getting lockout due to lack of oxygen. Why is it in such a small pot for that size of plant as well? Do it a favor and transplant her! Make sure it is into decent medium that can breath!

I would say the last thing to worry about right now is the night time temperatures. Closing the window at lights off wouldn't hurt though, but it should be somewhat accustomed to the temperature swings.
