I was driving home about a week ago and had a panic attack, called 911 and was driven to the er. It was the first time that I had one and really knew nothing about them previously so was completely freaking out. Ever since I have still felt as if I wasn't breathing correctly (like my throat is closed up), and have had pains and tightness in my chest. I was just wondering if this was normal because I have talked to a few doctors and they said I was fine, I read up a little about panic attacks symptoms Any ideas?
WTF? Did the nervous hospital let one out a bit early???

Sitting here bored.... So I'm putting together a wish list of things I need. Been browsing and I can get everything from HTG supply as cheap as anywhere else. There are a few things I would have a hard time finding locally and will probably have to order.

To start.. Coco, It seems like an easy and cheap medium. Using the nutes I plan to use, it's hard to believe I need expensive soil to make these grow. This is something I'm going to try to find local. There are a few nurseries around here that might have it.

The nutes.. The 3 pack of Fox Farm liquid ferts. I'll probably look local for these, I already have nearly 1/2 gal of Tiger bloom, that was $3 cheaper than HTG has it for.

Next the other light I need. I'd be a fool not to buy it from htg for the price. But don't you get what you pay for? I can get everything from htg including the vented hood for $247. My other ballast was $239, the bulb $110 (they had cheaper). Along with all the other fixens. Decisions Decisions.bongsmilie

Reflector... Still possable DIY here. I have at least a month to figure that out.

Then the fans I need. I may be able to find something to work local but I doubt it. The 440 cfm is for the light cooling and the other for the filter.

That site is working out pretty good so far. On the fan for my lights I can save $50:hump: With this http://www.horticulturesource.com/vortex-powerfans-vortex-inline-fan-6-449-cfm-1-to-11-each-p1580/?osCsid=051c27a870dfa24c8d56463f983a4739

When I think of the fan for the filter, I'm a little unsure.:? I don't know how many cfm's will be too much or too little. Most filter I've seen recomond around 200 cfm. My filter is 6", most 6" fans are 300+ cfm. For the size of my room (170cf) 4" fans are were it's at. This one, http://www.horticulturesource.com/hydrofarm-active-air-blower-95-cfm-p6391/?osCsid=051c27a870dfa24c8d56463f983a4739 would be able to clear my room in about 2 min, but does it move enough air to make the filter effective? Or this one http://www.horticulturesource.com/in-line-duct-fan-4-in-190-cfm-p3188/?osCsid=051c27a870dfa24c8d56463f983a4739 would clear my room in less than a min, but does it move to much air to be effective? Any suggestions???

Building on mate, promise yourself a little, have little to no expectation of your progress, and everything and anything you do will be a gift ..... and you will marvel at your accomplishment.
