Here in Oregon guys are selling the container and the contents are free.... on craigslist..... also clones and seeds.
Wonder how they are not getting busted.

It ain't over until it's over. You know some cop has a hardon over that.
 
I have seen that very thing on a TV show. Some DEA fuckers calling the craigslist ads and busting people. I believe it was in CO.
 
The way that guys get around it here is "Contents" are free.... buying the container only.... look up "Marijuana" on craigslist....
You should see the clones for sale. One dudes crack me up, piss poor and scraggly, said "ready to flower"... $25....... LOL
