Creating a Market

So, I live in a college town, I am "college age" and I smoke, like all of my friends pretty much. However we have run into a bit of a problem. THERE'S NO WEED AROUND!

There is not the option of growing. Everyone moves around too much, one of my roommates would kick me out or call the cops on me if we started growing and we have been in town for a few years now and know some people from the town. No one seems to be able to get anything decent. I've thought about making runs to buy half pounds and such because there is a huge city about two hours away, but I don't really know anyone there. There's another city about an hour and a half away where my friend might have some connections. So that may be another option for us. There is a dealer that I met recently who grows his own. His reggie seems pretty ok and he seems like a pretty cool guy, he even let me pick out which sack I wanted. They were all knotted. I asked to weigh it and he passed me a scale. Stupid me forgot that a knot would make the bag a gram or two heavier. So, oh so wise pot community, give me your adivce.

Should I confront this dealer and see if he will straighten out his sacks so we can get a regular hook up? Or should I see if I can create a new market and start bringing it to town myself?

Also, what other things will dealers do to try and trick buyers?

Any suggestions/tips/advice welcome.

A knot does not make a bag weigh more or less either way it still is the same amount of plastic and if his weed is just OK well then get some BOMB shit over there fuck politic-in

Knotting the bags does add a gram or two onto the weight of the bag. My roomie and I double checked this with my scale before smoking anything out of the bag. It weighed about 8g with the knot and 6g not knotted. The bag it was in weighs about 1g by itself. I'm pretty sure we got ripped on it.

it does not add weight to the bag, you didnt add more plastic. you just changed it.


my suggestion? stay in school....keep your head in those damn books. dont try to be a Don around town. it will come back to bite you in the ass.

Okay, if it's a big deal and you guys can't get past the knot detail then ignore it. I will stay in school thank you very much and I know what I know and what I have evidence of. Try it yourself, I mean damn, every stoner probably has a bag and a scale.

this story just hits home with me cuz i had a homeboy and we was partners doing the same thing. we was on our Ps and Qs and he still got knocked off some humbug shit (some kid's parents found out and opened up a whole can o worms). They took away his fin. aid forever and tried to take away mines (i beat the case). Me being young and dumb, i finally realized, if im in school....im in school. I can save all that for later.

I wasn't trying to sound like a bitch, it just seems the people who have replied have gotten caught up with the knot detail. But I appreciate your advice, I mean, that's why I created this thread because I wanted to know what people who would actually know thought. Sorry about you and your friend. That sucks.

Why not start buying big weights off the 'knot-bag' dealer and you and your friends split the cost (if the weed your getting is strictly for you and them that is)
As the rest of the fellas have said on here, I highly doubt that knotting a bag is going to add extra weight, and in any case your not really in a position to complain, seen as how you basically can get fuck all weed, ya know mate.

Why not approach the knot-guy, buy maybe a half ounce or an ounce and take it from there. Baby steps Klown my man, baby steps.

if i were in your situation i would go find a connect, buy a pound with some friends, sell the shit out of it, and split the cast and repeat untill you can buy a QP or so yourself then let your buddies get lazy and buy from you then just go up and up just remember, sellin to ppl you dont know can fuck you straight in the ass "LITERALY" LMAO so be carfull in the college biosphere lmao

All I can say is, be very careful if you're gonna deal. Only deal to people you know, and beyond all things don't get caught. You can lose your financial aid very easily.
