Cree CXA Advice

After reading through everyone's DIY projects, I've learned enough to know, this is the direction i want to proceed. I currently operate in a small cabinet but will expand in due time. I understand that 3070's at half power are the stuff. In lam-en's terms, can some of you chime in on what is important when picking out cobs. My questions are: What are the differences in CRI 80 or CRI 90/95?
Is a lower bin 3070 better than high 3050's?
Am I putting too much into it, just pick a price point?

I have the highest bin cree cobs. I would do it on a dimmable basal. If you don't mind spending pocket change I can I do all the electric work and all you have to do is plug it in.

cri is color rendering index. The higher the cri the more even the spectral output. Hps has the high yellow and green spike. So the the spectrum is far less even though the with 25-35 Cri. CMH is 92 cri and all the peaks have the same intensity. Having the most even spectrum . Hope that makes sense.

Ok, that does make sense. Thanks for the input. For some reason, I wasn't understanding how CRI is utilized.

Thanks for the offering, but as a hobby, I'd rather learn and build for myself.
