You do realize that those are just summaries of testing done back in the 90's and before, things have changed since then, no actual test done by the author.

I don;t think our plants have changed and have seen no studies to contradict. this one' red and far red a still needed by the plant to drive phytochrome but not used by chlorophyll A if enough violet light is available

It's still a summary of antiquated test, believe what you will, that's fine. I still rely on what the plants tell me.
