Critical Purple Kush- Seedsman- Will it be Purple...

Hello all, I'm fairly new to growing and have some Critical Purple Kush and I think it's coming along great. I just noticed that some parts are turning purplish. The plants are about 42 days since flipping to flower and still have a ways to go. I did some research and some say that colder temps at night for a few days may bring out the purple color, others say mess with the ph, both of which I rather not do fearing something going wrong. Whats others experience with CPK, did it end up being purple, when did it start showing purple, did you use the color as a way of knowing when it's ready, etc....

I have some Seedsman Diesel going right now. 2 plants. 1 turned deep purple and 1 looks a bit like yours, green . The purple started as soon as the flowers started setting.

It's probably not turning any more purple than what they are now. Too much green too late into flower for it to turn purple. You'll get some purple hues and such but typically if a plant is gonna go full on purple it starts right away in flower. Buds start out purple.

BUt yours looks just fine green! Should be some good smoke.

Nope, I grew this out and mine was WAY more purple than yours is now. You must of just not gotten a purple pheno. Sorry. I"ll find some photos of mine. SUPER frosty purpleness

It’s hard to see how purple it really is under all the frost.

Here's what it came out to, have to look closely but there's purple in it when breaking it apart. This is my second harvest and think it came out great, and first grow using store bought seeds instead of bagged seed. I'm also having great luck cloning this Critical Purple Kush, every single clone i've taken and just stick in a solo cup with potting soil starts growing, I have too many now.

This was a funny post. The circled calyx in an attempt to find purple had me rollin =p

Like others have said I think it is about as purple as it is going to get. Grab some good gsc crosses and you will find some nice quality as well as purple.

My Old Family Purple grows green in the summer and purple in the winter. This is due to temperature of course. I've grown for over 3 decades and seen a lot of strange shit but this one was very strange. I had been growing Pineapple Train Wreck by clone for over a year and one batch a clone turned purple. Only one out of 24 plants. Not just a little purple either it was PURPLE. Now explain that one?

Mine went full purple last week or two before I pulled her. Pretty decent smoke as well, very much a narcotic nighttime stoney high that makes my eyelids heavy after a good toke or two. Smells a lot like Garlic and Diesel.

Get you a pack of Tropicana cookies f2 if you want purple. One pheno is deep purple as soon as flowers start showing, solid purple too, no green in the bud whatsoever.

Yep, this is a tropicana cookies dominant. Bud is straight purple.
