Well it has lots of potassium, not sure if it is usable form or not. If you have good microbes they will love that stuff and make some of the K more available. I personally add molasses every third feeding

Molasses are used to feed the microbes in the soil. It does not "sweeten" the buds as some say. That product will do the same thing as any other molasses. If you're not growing in soil don't bother using it.

What do you suggest for 5 gallon fabric pots with soil in terms of amounts and timing to feed microbes with molasses?
I have been adding 1/2 teaspoon every other watering. I use that in 5 gallon water to feed 10-15 plants.

I think most people use around 1 tablespoon per gallon. I typically grow in coco but I do soil grows as well. I never use molasses myself. It's not as beneficial as many seem to think.
