What is wrong with this plant? Tried all that I could think of. It has looked like this since it germinated (9/19). Repotted (10/9) in 1/2 FFOF and 1/2 Premier HP. When repotted, roots where nice and white and not pot bound. Germinated in 2” pot with Premier BX, then repotted into 4” pot with FFOF/HP soil, hasn’t changed.
Have been only watering it with water, no nutrients since repot, hasn’t changed.
Temps are 80F with lights on and 74F when lights off. Light 18/6.
Checked for bugs (mites in particular) did not find anything. Seemed clean and no other plants around it, show this problem. Don’t know if it is a genetic problem or some other environmental problem, my guesses where nitrogen toxicity, mites/other pest, high temperature or over watering. I have tried to address these problems but have not seen any change. What am I missing?

Here are a couple of 3 week old cuttings (10/24) of the Hindu Kush plant, showing the same traits. These cuttings have been in a humidity tent and have received only pure water (RO), new BX soil. They show growth and white roots (third photo). I don’t think this is a nutrient, water, temperature or pest problem This has to be a genetic problem or some mutation do to it being feminized?DB6F40F0-6548-4433-9574-52665D4A032B.jpeg20E2445B-40A3-4139-9B81-A50571A378EE.jpeg0032AA79-5E16-4555-96F6-B4D51CE73AD9.jpeg

3 weeks , and they should be much bigger. I would first guess that your ph is way low, along with too much humidity.. is that algae on the surface of the soil? I have 3 week clones that are a foot tall, and just took their first topping. Genetics don't really do that badly, I don't care how bad the genetics are.

I checked too with a microscope thinking mites but nothing, no mites, mealy bugs, aphids, thrips, nothing. That’s why it is frustrating
