Curled seedlings

Hi guys, these seedlings are now 17 days old growing in 3 inch grodan rockwool cubes with roots coming out the bottom for every plant (lots of roots). I have had a couple of them grow up with one leaf and another with one and a half which is odd but probably just unstable genetics. Anyway to the point, i haven't been watering much sort of every three days yet I feel like they still look over watered? No nutes ph is strictly 6.3 and the water is soft water. Cfl bulbs x 7 at 100w equivalents. 2.5-3 inches above plants. Here are some photos, image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg help would be great :) oh and 9 of them are shiva skunk whilst 1 is white widow! Temp is absolute max 80 degrees :)

Yeah i know they look small right? 17 days from inital germination... Is it because of it being rockwool and holding no nutrients to start them off? Or should they be bigger and... Yes I have last crop got 6 oz a plant and had similar slow growth initially?

I guess because mine are that big in 7. Why are you growing in rockwool? Are roots showing out of the cube?
Yes plenty out of the bottom, transplant time and time to put under mh now? I have 2000w worth of mh will it be too much for them? And do you grow in soil?

Yes to the light. Pull those cubes out of the bigger chunks or something too. You will get damping off soon if not by the looks of the leaves. Yes to the MH but obviously at a safe distance as they are already slowed from fluid overload. I am currently growing in soil but have grown just about every method including outdoors. Rockwool is one of my least favorite mediums except for clones or seedlings headed to hydro.

Okay so i shall put them in under mh, like 32 inches underneath right from 600w and 28 inches roughly under 400w? And i cant pull them out mate because the roots are now out of bottom of bigger cube too... In future, can i use soil in the middle of the rockwool perhaps? One last thing pal, is it normal that in rockwool that they are that small at this time? :) stay high man

Drop those bitches into soil now. Rockwool cube and all. They will respond in days and start growing.Use the 400 at least that far away. I would suggest 36", or one meter, up.
