Curling leaves

Hi all was wondering if anyone can help, on my first grow i was a bit brave and did some topping and super cropping ( bending) the topped plants are still doing really well no change but the one i super cropped is showing signs of leaves curling down on branches i have not even touched these branches is this just the plant taking energy to repair the damaged areas and will it just go back to normal after a few days? The branches i bend have started to lift themselves back to the light so think the plant is trying to recover from the bout of simulated wind lol any info would be real heplful,

Will it sort itself out if i just use sparkling water for while then? Pot to small really i was told gallon pots would be cool, so went for the 7 litre instead, other 2 plants looking awesome will add the pics later if your interested, its my first grow i am using a 200 watt ultra blue cfl for veg 18/6 and swapping to 200 watt red cfl for flowering on 12/12 been feeding natural sparkling water to get good o2 levels and using tomato nutes and hydrogen peroxide once a week is all this good or bad right or wrong
