Curling tips

The tips of my leaves are turning up and then curling in, what could be the cause.

PH 6.0
growing in hydrotron
using a 1 tsp of cal-mag per gallon
and root accelerator at 1 mil per gallon
and its two GDP clones if that helps ill have pics up by tomorrow

if i flush with just distilled water do you think that it will solve the problems

it might be too much light

is a 400mh to much light for clones at the very beginning, i have it at 2 1/2 feet and the temp at the top of the plants about 75. I have a fan keeping the whole light area really cool.

What are ya growing in. Hydro / soil?? 2 ft. is plenty of space for 400 W. when leaves curl up toward the light its usally a heat problem, when the leaves curl down its a soil or
some hydro prob. over nute, Ph lock out, need more info.

its in hydroton and i have the water running just barely when the light is on. if i add another fan to the area would this help

Do you run air stones in your res????? Is the temp cool in the res. Whats the color of your roots???

no but have been reading that that might be a good idea, and i couldnt tell you the color of the roots they havent gotten that far down yet i guess.

Clones take a few days to come around. I had Skunk#1 clones that lost all the 3 sets of leaves but the next day right in the center they were growing new sprouts. But its very
important to keep resv. temps below 77 on avg. or lower. Every time I change out my
10 gallon rubbermaid I put 3 gallons of plastic water jugs in my refriderater and add those cool gallons to my roots. W/ hygrozime and my plants are doing well.

k thanks i will check that out and ill make sure to put up pictures, and yah i got really worried when they lost there main fan leaves that where there when i got them. Now there are lots of little sprouts coming from nodes with new leaves, so we will see.
