Current CFL setup or LED?

Hey, this will only be my 3rd grow but I really need it to yield as much as possible. I do not want to sell any of it, I have absolutely crazy neuropathic pain from the waist down as I was paralyzed 3 years ago and weed is the only thing that helps.

Currently my grow cab is lit by two 125w CFL bulbs (6400k for vegging and 2700k for flowering), but I am really interested in LED lighting. My question is would my yield dramatically increase compared to my current setup?

BTW I really want to try a high CBD low THC strain (CBD Crew Med GOM Auto) as I have read that it helps with this type of pain.

I have seen some pretty cool LED 150 watt equivalent street lights, CSA approved.
