Cut off lower buds in late flower???

Hello people, I am just wondering if I can get away with removing all of the buds at the bottom of my plants because the colas are growing so slow or do you think it will be bad for my yield? I am nearly 8 weeks into flower but there are still alot of white pistils on the buds and alot of the trichmones are still clear.
Thanks

Cutting off your lower growth in week 8 of flower won’t miraculously make your colas bigger

You should lollipop the sucker branches in the first 3 weeks of flower.
Thanks for the input, I took everything off the bottom in the first few weeks but buds have grown back.

Removing buds is just going to lower your yield at this point. The plants sound like they still have a lot of growing to do. The buds will probably fatten up if you let them.

does anyone have input/experience on cutting the top colas when they're ready and then leaving some of the bottom larf on the plant to beef it up a little bit before harvesting? is this a legit technique or total waste of time?

I’ve done it a bunch of times. I never noticed much growth or tightening of the buds, but it does suntan the pale out after about a week.

Thanks for the reply, there still seems to be some lower bud sites on the plant in this picture, will your light get to them?
