Ive been having problems with my clones, probably a 95% kill rate, Ive read the books and searched the internet but I can't see what I'm doing wrong.
I have 4 moms about 18in tall all look healthy. I use alcohol to sterilize a pair of scissors. I only cut about 1-2 inch clones at a 45 degree angle shave the end of the plant a bit. then I place into a container full of water for 5 mins. then into a container with perlite. the perlite was soaked in RO water for 24 hours drainedand washed with more ro water I had a little peroxide to a water mix and pour little in to cover the bottom. I mist them then place a clear cover over them. I open the container for 15 mins every day after work and spray them with water I do this for three days then I take the top off and continue to spray once daily. I use a heating pad for a little heat connected to a rheostat. temps are about 75-80 in the medium and around 70-75 ambient. I use no growth hormone but I do have http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-43310-8196-0/2?mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com%2FDUTCH-MASTER-REPLICATOR-2oz-Cloning-Gel-Root-Sealant_W0QQitemZ120167294831QQcmdZViewItemDutch Masters Replicator. used it on previous attempts. I have used bubble cloners(DIY), and rockwool cubes in clone domes, and out of 50 clones I have rooted 5 using my current perlite method. I have now placed in 15 new clones and want some advice on things to do different or what I'am doing wrong

2nd try: one rooted in 15 days the rest didn't pulled at three weeks.
3rd try: all were crispy 3 days with rock wool cubes in the perlite
