Damping off issues

So I'm having some issues...AGAIN! After having my seeds taken by customs, I had them reship them and I received them a few days later. First mistake I made was trying to germinate way too many seeds at once. Like out of 20 seeds I think I got 3-4 that are going to make it. Damping off seems to be my biggest issue. No matter how much I water I use they either dry up or damp off. So I tried using my cloning machine under 4 t8 bulbs. Results are a little better. I've read that you can dust the seeds in fungicide, but what product should I use? Thanks in advance.

Damp papertowel in a baggie in warm dark place works like a charm to germ.
Maybe you should sterilize your water ahead of time.
How long are you letting tap root get before you plant?

I used to lose 1/3 of seedlings to damping off. I use rock wool cubes for germination and then plant in hyrdoton. My numbers improve greatly when I keep the tops of the cubes dry by watering from the bottom and letting the water creep up only 1/2 way on the cube and by keeping a fan blowing over the tops of the cubes. Good luck!

I'm not a huge fan of the paper towel method. I've had much greater success with coco coir in a clear small plastic cup. I like the clear cups that way I can actually see how damp my coir is. I just take a pencil, and stick the eraser in the coco and then I drop the un germinated seed in and about 3 days later they pop up. But usually by day 5 their dead. Honestly maybe I just need to try doing less at a time that way I can watch them better.

So anyways, no one knows of a fungicide that can help with damping off?

Peroxide. 1 ml h202 to 10 ml h20. when you put seeds in paper towel mist or use dropper. I've tried several germ methods, the best is just stick them in grow medium. I like to put them in dirt point up. The tap root will turn down and when it grows the dirt will pull the seed off. Don' really matter. Pop in cover and water and they will pop.
