What country? Many sales going on. With a small budget you could go with something like a Spiderfarmer SF2000, it should be sufficient for 1 or 2 plants. It's less than half the light you would want for that tent but with 1 or 2 plants it would work. It's about the size of your canopy and not the size of your tent. Your budget wont get you an optimal light for that space but it will suffice for a plant or 2 and than you could add to it later to add more plants to the tent.
I'd do the HLG 260 over the SF2000. The HLG is like $279 right now. Or better yet get a 360 and add another later.

The QB96's are gonna be my Christmas present. I'm gonna start experimenting building a custom light. I'd like to make a frame for a 3x3 that would hold 4. And another frame for a 4x4 that would hold 5-6.

I've never tried the COB style, so it'll be fun.

I'll just have to get motivated for the frame building, lol.
