They look good, but looks like you need to adjust your watering habits, a little. When you water, ALL the soil should be moistened, not just the soil towards the center. Roots grow outwards, and if they never get wet,(and able to feed) it'll slow down your plants, and eventually, lead to deficiencies that'd otherwise not happen.

Be careful with the clear cups it looks like you are using as you do not want to expose the roots to any light.
