Day 28 do they look behind schedule?

Grew this cut a while ago but don’t remember it flowering at this pace I’m thinking the heat might be slowing it down. Does it look far off for day 28? Can you still get high quality flower in the low 80’s? I usually flower in the winter months

Looks healthy. Flowering indoors under LED I try to keep in the 80F to 85F range during lights on.

Yes with LED lights its ok for a tent to reach 85 with lights on. My 2x4 tent gets 86 pretty much through my 12 hours and I have had no issues. Plants are healthy and no burning or heat stress issues.
