Dealing with Smell

I am curious. Why suck and not blow, if you’ll forgive the metaphor.

With suck mode, any imperfections or leaks between filter and fan will vent air that never went through the filter into the room.

On blow mode, those leaks stay in the tent, and only fully filtered air will be exhausted.

Please tell me if I’m missing something big or obvious.

Either way, you SHOULD have negative pressure within your space, so leaks shouldn't be an issue anyway.

Pushing through it will work just as well for filtering odor, but not as efficiently, usually meaning more energy draw and an overworked fan. That's for certifugal exhaust fans. I don't know much about inline vent fans, except they're generally pretty weak.

Exhausted outside.
Makes it easier to tighten together, and stay together then hoist up w the wratchet hangers.

I used to stink up the entire house with two plants. That was about 2400 sq ft including all rooms and the basement. You could smell it when you opened the front storm door.

Carbon filter INSIDE the tent, sucking air through it, not pushing air through it. I'd get an Ona or two for outside the tent, and only use it when you go in and out of the tent.
You should never use ONA even outside of tent because your still sucking in the air from the room. There have been studies done about this. Once it gets into the buds it will never come out
