Dehumidifier inside tent

I see so many grows in tents from 1.2x1.2m up to 2.4x1.2m with dehumidifiers inside the tent.

I would just like to know how do you get the dehumidifier to work when your exhaust fan is extracting air faster then what the dehumidfier can dry. My extraction fan is 410m3/h on low which is more than triple then that of my 12L dehumidifier. It doesn't touch the humidity inside the tent. I am experiencing what option 2 states in the image. The room the tent is in 3x3 meters. My tent is 1.5mx1.5m and exhaust 6 inch.

If you run your exhaust 24/7, the dehuey in the tent is pointless. You are better off having your dehuey dehumidify the room your tent is in. I on the other hand don't run my exhaust 24/7, therefore, when the extraction turns off, the dehuey, which is inside my tent kicks in to keep things under control until the extraction turns back on. It's not until lights out that my dehuey does most of it's work. I set my temp about 5-7⁰ cooler at night, so my extraction and duey are both turning on and off all night.
