Man how's that Caramelo? I grew that years back not knowing anything about growing and it had one of the most amazing Lavender/ Tropical fruit smells on the plant. I have 2 fem seeds of it in the vault I got from my last Attitude order.

I grew Delicious candy a few years back with Delicious jack , Delicious Candy was shorter and looked and smoked lovely , crazy colours - Jack had absolutely huge buds, cone shaped and almost pure white. Eleven roses just showed in the post , took almost 30 days but all good , it sounds like a winner as well. Great company and awesome seeds

Hard to pin down the smells on Sugar Candy. It kinda smells like that, sugar candy.

I am excited for that one also because I've heard good things about the old Lavender strain, which this is. I'll know more later on in the year. I didn't have time to run it indoors before outdoor season. I bought a bunch of fems and regulars though, and I'm trying a fem first just to test.

My delicious candy in veg looks very NLD, hungry and/or finicky. I’ll throw up a pic after I feed her. Looks like a stretcher too

I grew out Delicious Candy this year (a feminized seed, just to test). I transplanted outside into my garden at 8000+ ft elevation in late May.

That plant was the most frost tolerant, and prolific of any in the garden, out of 22 varieties from some really hard hitting breeders.

I never get AAA buds when growing that way, but I was impressed.

I also grew Caramelo and Sugar Candy too and the Sugar Candy has the loudest, crazy licorice/incense/candy terps to it. It was the loudest of all my strains, but it's seriously spicy smells. Caramelo was good too but didn't give me the lavender type experience I was looking for with that pheno.

I'm looking forward to trying out the regular seeds and hunting more phenos of all of them, honestly. Delicious Co is bad ass.

Forgive the terrible pics... the sun is intense up at this altitude (down in New Mexico) and my camera doesn't work well that way.

Beautiful. Still say nay after 5 packs of Critical Herrer not popping a single plant. And I have a clue. The Seed Cellar in Jackson,MI. or Delicious F-d me.

Maybe they had a bad run? Or international customs irradiation perhaps? I am not familiar with that strain but I also don't do Auto flowers...

Did you reach out to them about it?

I also had a heck of a time getting that order completed because paying with a cc was hard, and shipping took forever. I got a Delicious Cookies sweatshirt and one seed though.

Ahh, you got them through a bank? I went direct online...

I tried the cellar. No response and closed the day I got back down there. People inside. Just not opening doors. LOL. Good people as I knew. Never again.Friends, gifts, trades and accidents now.

Perfect. Grew this one last year scrog under hps.

Keep in mind it favours a main central cola so doesnt really train well with topping, even when topped itll still try to put all energy into one branch. The others stil go ok just nowhere near as big as the main one. Very woody branches. Very vigorous and large i mean huge leaves and buds. Really Stands out in the tent among other strains. Fades to a beautiful deep purple. Very frosty. Better suited to SOG. Narcotic stone. Super tolerant strain hard to burn, stupidly easy to grow. Loves food. Very stable genetics not much pheno variation.
Big fat pinecones with a floral DMT type smell. Very relaxing weed. Definitely would grow again but gave all my 11r seeds to a friend to start him. Was my fav DS strain along with Deep Mandarin. Black Sugar Rose was great too but they definitely did better with eleven roses. Very solid signature strain.

I can't wait to run this.

Delicious puts out some nice stuff. I grew Sugar Black Rose and 11 Roses outside this year and was impressed. Yields were substantial, they were bang on breeder’s harvest times and the terps/potency is very good. I only grew one of each but spread some seeds around to my buddies and the results were the same as mine. Solid genetics. Pics are SBR. I’ll run their gear again.

I grew the caramello back in 2012, very nice, I'm sad I didn't keep it.

2020. Grew a couple back yarders in 17 gallon containers. They had decent mold resistance, smoke was pleasant, good, not great. (I have a high tolerance) Finished in Northern new England about October 10th, nice smelling bud. They grew good enough outside in 2020 to make the team in 2021, so I grabbed another pack of seeds for 2021.

2021. Had a bigger one at a friends greenhouse. Thought it would be a champ, by early fall it had grown to what appeared to be a 2 pounder in the making. Mid September, the blight battle overwhelmed her and by late September botrytis kicked in. Harvested around the 12th of October. Lots of loss to mold. This plant was cared for and sprayed for mold regularly (mostly citric) and was under cover of an open greenhouse. Markedly different resistance from the ones the previous year.

Puzzled now and wondering how others have done with them outdoors.

I grew one and gave a few beans to a buddy and we both had great results. In fact, we both commented that these were one of the most potent strains we’ve grown in the past 3-4 years (about 20 strains in total). Recently gave some cured bud to a buddy who is a 35 year chronic smoker and his words were “top shelf”. Not sure I’d rate it as quads but the feedback is very positive. Also, we both harvested end of September, first of October. We are at 45N.

Doesn’t sound like you had as much luck.

Glad it worked for you. Your success with it is encouraging.

Did you have much blight or mold at your location? We fought early blight all summer, regularly sprayed and defoliated crappy leaves on many plants etc., but it was always lurking. The 11 roses resisted most of the year but we had an apple tree we couldn't do anything about that was a blight factory, kicking spores our way all summer. I may have convinced the owner to let me prune and spray it next year.

We did manage to salvage about half of this years 11 roses, so it wasn't all bad. Initial tests and smoke seems good so far. This plant was harvested in stages. Tops in earlier October and the rest maybe October 12 -14th at a little shy of 44N. Interesting that yours finished in late September. That's what originally attracted me to the strain was that possibility.

I may pop the remaining seeds next year as I'm still on the fence with the strain, and can't blame any strain for not performing if their were external factors involved. The info in your post has been helpful, thanks.

I came here to look for more growing information for 11 Roses. This was Delicious Seeds Caramelo. My girlfriend said this was her favorite smoke from that run.

Delicious has some of the most reliable genetics out there, they're a great choice for people who stick to strict plant limits because you don't need to search through packs to find some great smoke. I like their critical crosses a lot. I had a Sugar Black Rose for a while that was one of the top 5 plants I've ever grown, now all these pics of 11 Roses makes me want to do another Delicious run. I just started a 4 strain grow using Old School Genetics, another great Spanish breeder, but when I'm done with it, I'll do the same with Delicious.
