Hello RIU community, im quite new here but i've been lurking through all the posts for over a year, and I came to the conclusion that this definitley is best growing forum on the net since OG.
I haven't seen a thread where everyone would list all the strains that they grew or helped others with growing, along with detailed descriptions. Could be a good point of reference for people looking for new genetics
Here is my list [conditions: closet grow, soil, MG nutes, 400W HPS flower, AC unit, bubble cloner, 276W CFL for mothers and clones]
Shiva Shanti - Said to be indica dominant, but the plants we got from seeds grew tall with thin leafs and was taking solid 10weeks to mature. Rather weak high, but indica buzz in nature, quite sleepy. Phenomenal taste and smell, mostly pine and mint, very satisfying to the taste buds, makes you salivate excessivley. Medium yield.
Big Bud - tough and fast flowering plant but really hard to clone, experimenting with water temps in cloner ranging from 70-85 and bubbling times in 15min increments, which got most other strains to clone in 4-7days but not bigbud, 3 weeks minimum to get transplant-worthy roots.
Notheworthy thing about this strain was the high, its ultimate heart attack, panic and anxiety. Im far from lightweight but hash made from trim was just too much to enjoy
Island Sweet Skunk - Beautiful plant, seemed to be a better cash crop material than big bud, since it produced more in less space. Skunky smell, but no skunk in taste, very subtle and smooth taste even when undercured.
Euphoric body high with some sativa properties.
