Designing a Grow Closet: First timer

Hey Guys, i wanted to ask for your professional opinions on this set up i'm about to build. I designed one for Superponics and the other for Ebb And Flow. I'm leaning more to ebb and flow just cause the equipment is a lot cheaper and easier to find from where i'm from. anyway here are the blueprints: Dimensions are:
78"H x 56" W x 33" D

(Details: I'm planning on installing 600W HPS bulb on a cool reflector in this. + a 6" duct fan with the carbon filter in the top behind the cool reflector. I apologize if this is somewhat confusing to read. I'm also currently designing another box just for vegetation and nursing the mother plant, i will upload the other blue print soon.)

+Question: What kind of wood or material is good for constructing a grow box? I'm also thinking of adding lockable heavy duty wheels at the bottom for mobility. +Im layering the inside with a layer of pipe insulating foam + Panda film, so the dimensions may vary a bit.

Cheers, happy smoking,
seven

My grow box are made of 5 sheet of 3/4" 4'X8' plywood (untreated), I cut 4 into 4'X6' the other in 2 piece of 4'X4', 56 linear feet of L shape steel framing ( with pre-pierce screw holes)cut into 4 segment of 6' & 8 segment of 4'. I built a standing-up box (4x4x6) using plywood for walls & L shape framing for corners completely closing it (for now) then I had a strong 6" 360deg mobility wheel under each bottom corner. When this is done I use a jig saw to make a hole 3'x3' centered in the middle of the front panel for the door & use 2 piece of 2'x4' I had left when I cut my 4 wall to build a door use 4 hinge on each side & 2 chest lock to keep the door close. Now pierce the holes where I need for my air exhaust & intake vortex & install it, install hook for the light & drill holes for wiring, pass the wires but don't plug yet. Next step get in the box with a couple tube of quick seal and block the light where it get in, for the door use self-adhesive neoprene tape around the door frame and behind the door itself to block light. Let quick seal dry properly than paint the inside whit at least 4 layers of flat white paint do the same but any color for exterior (match your decor). When it's dry I had a rubber mat on the floor for leaks, plug the light, fans & carbon filter. Install a hook just outside the 2 top corner of your door so that a dark color piece of cloth can be added to further block the light. Next setup your grow system, your timer & finally your baby's.

This setup is for a 1000w lamp it give them 62.5 watts by square foot

For a 600w lamp reduce the dimension of your box to 3'x3'x6' you will have 66.6 watts by square foot

Cheers Gero,
I really appreciate your input. I think i might just upgrade the set-up to handle 1000W HPS bulbs. And your advice for the door was priceless, love how you designed your box with wheels as well :)
