Did i just get robbed by the police?

Soo, basically, there was supposed to be a routine check today in my apartment, to see if any rentals had an AC in them, and because im such a retard i forgot all about it, long story short i get a call from a cop and they tell me they want to talk, i meet him and he doesnt take a description, enter any data anywhere and says it was just a caution, now im happy i got no charges but when i saw the plants in the back of his car they looked as perfect as they can be, arnt they supposed to be destroyed or something?

You didn't go to jail and you lost a small crop. Since you are in an apartment I assume you probably only had a few plants. Be happy the cop robbed you (if that's what he did) and not send you to jail. Be careful with what you purchase with your credit card for now one, and have the new seeds sent else where, to a safe house, then pick them up. Vanilla Visa card, you can order seeds over the phone with those things, and they have 0 information attached to them, just money.

Keep your grow in your closet, Purchase your own set of closet doors to cut into and add ventilation, when you move you can replace them with the old closet doors, like nothing even happened.

Be especially thankful he didn't take your equipment! Because he could have!!!

i had it in a bigass tent which would have been a bitch to move, I know hes loving those plants right now, but your right im very happy im just wondering if he robbed me or if this happens all the time. Anyways he said that if i were there i would have definately got arrested :S very suspicious if you ask me, w/e guess i gota start from fuckin scratch 8|

sounds likes he entered your apartment illegally without a warrant.. and u got robbed by a sketchy cop... id move and not put ur name on the place u move to .. to grow.. kuz more then likely he will keep robbing u like the scum they are.

yeah he was in his cruiser when i met him

they did the same to me. but my cuzin took the wrap. I had a plant 4 weeks veg about 1ft tall no pre-flowers, now heres the kicker, when my cuzin went to the court date the officer was there with pics from the plant exapt the plant was clearly still being grown with noticable big buds developing and also had a hight about 3ft tall... Now i figured this wasnt my plant and were pics of a different plant but then i thought the court date they gave was about 4-5 weeks after they found it so my guess fat ass cops contiued to grow the plant to grow themselfs.. go figure

Did your landlord post a 24 or 48hr notice? Were the plants in plain site (tent unziped)?
I did apartment maintenance for awhile and if your tent was zipped up then they had 0 reason other then snooping to open it.
and if you were not given a notice then you could take legal actions.

You're just lucky as hell not to have gotten arrested. You an always grow more plants.

Id move the fuck outta there before planting a goddamd thing..maybe your around something worse and the indictments coming? Is it possible they followed you to somewhere.worse stuffs going on..for instance if they knew you were bringing in pounds of coke they'd never bag you.for two plants...they'd want you for the worst shit possible..
