Also, sup with those bot leaves ? ( will they recover from N defiency ? i feed them N now for about week .. newer leaves are ok )

yah, you done did good, lol...

also, the yellowing is a sign of a lack of nitrogen... have you been feeding them at all?? if not, now would be the time to start a light dose of some nutes.. start off with about 1/4 of what the bottle says to use, then every week bump them up by another 1/4 so that after a month you're at full dose, or stop when you see slight signs of burn, w/e comes first.. if they start to burn, just back off on the nutes slightly and keep them there..

Okey to be honest i never understood what lst does.
now when my plant is trained all stems above top will produce bud ??

Your lower growth points will catch up with the canopy creating a large even bushy canopy versus a tall xmas tree shaped plant.

So here I had 6 plants to begin with, two of which were removed. They are sativa dominant and would have been tall spindly 7'+ tall plants but with a few days of LST they turned into 3.5' bushes with many tops instead of just one.

Day 13,18,20

Day 22, 29/5, 32/7

36/11, 39/15 2 plants removed, 41/17

48/22, 51/25, 58/32

62/36, ?/?, 82/56
