Think'n, everyone better b carful what they wish for! I could really give a f@#!k if it's ever leagalized in any capacity,i'm gonna do as I wish with it like I have for the past 30 yrs. or so.Personally would make me physically sick to see those corrupt f!#@k's profiting from something I have loved since I first discovered it as a kid.Not too concerned with it I think it's gonna take them awhile to somehow find a way to make it more profitable for them having it leagal, compared to how they have it now.I have seen projection's where they say it could bring in on average annually, around 13 billion in tax's nationally. Currently, they spend 14billion budget nationally for law enforcement now, so there's that. That alone trump's what they would get in taxation, and that's just that small part for them. Then if you think about all the fine's,leagal fee's,siezure's os property's and on and on.Not to mention the whole prison empire, shaddy deal's with contractor's building them and the nessesity to fill them it has to be almost unfathomable what they actually bring in annually having it illeagal. They would have to somehow get total control over it then sell it for 800.00 an ounce or more to make it feasible! Sooooooo I say F#@!K'em!!! TWICE!!! leave it alone and let's keep play'n the way it is, I try not to get caught and they try to catch me!Only thing i'd rather is if they would catch me,let me just pay a fine or something and start game over, instead of throwing me in a hole to rot for something so harmless! That's their big problem is the fact that society is so past their scare campaign's that worked so easily in the past.Besides all that,it would just take soooo much F#@!K'N fun out of it right? Who's with me? All in say........F#@!K'EM!

I can't view the video.. What did he say?
McCain simply stated that he is open to MJ legalization. It's good to see him following the lead of the other half of his party. It's comical that some assume such a move is related to Big Business wanting into MJ, when moving MJ out of our legal system would put tens of thousands of lawyers on the street on day one. That said, I can think of a couple dudes on the other side of the isle that talk the talk, but clearly fail to walk the walk against their own ;)

Another point, what would it really change for you or me? i'm still gonna grow, smoke and whatever the hell else I wanna do! I don't need or want their approval for something I know is harmless.I would love to hear some example's of ANYTHING our gov. has had their corrupt, greedy, manicured dickbeater's in that has made anything better? I know, I've heard all the "let's do this and tax the shit out of something else and it could save our country and could do so many good thing's for our school's and whatever" point's. Point is wasn't that what was gonna happen with leagalized gambleing and state lottery's? where's all that money? our kid's should be freak'n geneius's... where are our youth ranked in the world? like 3'rd or 4th? I know it is't first. I wanna officially start the campaign to "NOT LAEGALIZE MARIJUANA" let's keep our one last kool taboo to ourselve's! Think of all the yuppie fag's that will be jump'n in once the coast is clear. Remember when we were outcast's and trash for hav'n a tattoo or riding a Harley.I don't wanna see this plant I love so much, marketed and commercialized, let's keep this last one for ourselve's.

No, have never been unfortunate as to get caught with anything, totally get what ur say'n. racer. I've alway's liked your post's and for the most part alway's agree with you, think'n we are around the same age.Thing is, the more I hear about this topic and think about it, just don't know if letting blacklisted big brother into our world is best for us? I would love for there to be some solution, like I said to give me a stiff fine or whatever, rather than throwing me in a hole.I'm all for that. Also sorry to hear that you got what you got for a couple grms. really is bull.

I can see both sides of this coin. Mkbinc1971 raises some good points, imo. So does racerboy. I agree 110% that throwing someone in prison over a harmless plant is total BS. I can also envision a scenario where if legalized big brother and big business will get their grubby hands all over this and make this even worse. Patent laws, tax laws, etc could fetch people even more jail time than what we're seeing now.
