There is significant extra veg time and is why commercial growers do not utilize this approach. You are correctInteresting.... I thought there was extra veg time involved in scrog?

I went from 8 RDWC buckets in my 5x5 to 4 -17 gal tote UC setup. Much easier to grow 4 large plants rather than 8 shrubs. Also agree with using a trellis net to spread your canopy-you will get much better yield.Interesting.... I thought there was extra veg time involved in scrog? I'll start to read up on it. I'm growing 8 plants in a a 8' x 4' space, with a HLG 550V2 over each 4' x 4' space (containing four plants). If I were to scrog, how many plants would I need to cover that area?
Thanks dude, I thought as much. I think this time I'll go with 8 seeds and see how they turn out. There is significant extra veg time and is why commercial growers do not utilize this approach. You are correct
Can you use the trellis net without scrog? I do have one, it came with the tent.I went from 8 RDWC buckets in my 5x5 to 4 -17 gal tote UC setup. Much easier to grow 4 large plants rather than 8 shrubs. Also agree with using a trellis net to spread your canopy-you will get much better yield.
Of course, you can, just figure out what you need to use to support it and string it up.Can you use the trellis net without scrog? I do have one, it came with the tent.

Thanks man, but I have a single tent for veg/flower.You don't need to keep a mother.
Clone plant just as you put her into the flower tent. Veg clone. Clone plant as you put her into the flower tent. Veg clone...etc etc etc. No mother needed and no extra light needed.
