Hey guys I'm a noob on my first grow and I just switched from cfl's to a 400w hps bulb mid-flower.. Anyway my question is that I got a Solis tek 600w ballast which also runs 400w and it is making squealing noise pretty loud when it first starts up.. Then after 5-10min it just buzzes a little.. I was hoping someone could give me some advice if this is normal or not.... Here is a link to the noise video & a few grow pics.... Thanks
