Distance from main breaker vs. distance from exhaust

Hi all. I wanted to see what your opinions were on where I should build my new 'grow room'. I think I've settled on the basement due to heating concerns however the ideal spot in my basement for venting happens to be within several feet of my main breaker and fuse box. I can keep the breakers outside of the room....however it would end up being pretty close to my setup. The reason why I wanted to put it here is because I am planning on venting up an old unused chimney that has been lopped off on top and vents to an unused room in my attic (i own). My basement is pretty large however and I can put it in a more discrete location, however that would move me a good 10-15 feet from the chimney. Can I compensate for this by putting a fan in line and pushing the air to my fixture (thinking of getting a cool tube)? I am planning on having an exhaust fan pulling the air from my lamp and pushing it up the chimney. Or should I not worry about the distance from my fuse box? I have lots of room, but I do want to be discrete for obvious reasons. Thanks all, you guys are awsome. I've had lots of wonderful feedback so far....hope to share some pics once this develops more...

Why would you start another thread?? All of the information anyone would need to respond is in the other three or four threads. Keep it together. DOn't make me waste time looking for the same information. VV

Sorry VV. Guess I should have kept all of my grow room questions in one thread? They seemed to me to be separate issues so I brought them up separately. But you are right as they all pertain to my grow room setup. I'll bear that in mind in future posts.
