DIY co2?

What's the best way to set up a co2 regulator in a small 5x5 room? Any links or help is appreciated.
I made my own CO2 generator awhile back, here's some pic's of it.
I made it mostly because, I wanted to see if it actually works. It only raised the PPM's of CO2 by about 100. The problem is the CO2 that was dissipating out of the generator I made, had no pressure. So I tested it to see how much was coming out.
I simply put the tube coming out of the top under water in a bowl. I'd watch and count how many bubbles their were every minute. I was getting like 3-4 bubbles every minute. It gradually decreased over a month to only 1 bubble every minute, which would be the time to make some more.
Well when it came time make more, I was dissappointed on how the first batch went, and how much of pain in the ass it was to make, I said fuck it, and went out and spent $500 on a system. For $500 I got a CO2 tank, a regulator, and a monitor. With this system I know exactly how much CO2 is in the room. I keep it right at 1500 PPM's (which is optimal) during the light hours, and at night it drops down to 800 PPM's.
But if want to know how I made it.
Here's a list of parts and recipe:
1 - 7 Gallon water jug
Brass fittings
1/2 inch tubing
Silicone
Total in parts $12
For every gallon of water I mixed 4 cups of sugar
For every gallon of water I mixed 1 teaspoon of yeast.
You'll want to heat up the water enough to melt the sugar. Since I wa making 7 Gallons worth, I mixed 28 cups of sugar. Once the water cooled down enough I poured it into the 7 Gallon container. Then once the water was at room temperature I added 7 teaspoons of yeast. Sealed it up, Shook it up quite a bit, and with 24 hours I had CO2 coming out.

You can try it and see if it'll work for your area. But I tried it, and I found it was more of a pain in the ass than anything.

Or you could get into home brewing and at least get assloads of beer out of the fermentation. :D

The best way to supply your grow room with CO2 is through combustion of hydrocarbons. Every pound of wax you burn will give off 3.4 pounds of CO2. A nice inexpensive way to do that is to buy a bunch of cheap fat dollar store candles, preferably the ones that will burn for multiple days. Make sure they're somewhere where they can't possibly catch anything on fire, and light one or two. Adjust the number of candles as necessary, assuming you can monitor CO2 levels.

A friend of mine used a pilot light from an old hot water heater as a CO2 source, but definitely don't do this if you're not experienced with hooking up gas lines.

Now when u say regulator I think of the piece that is used to regulate the amouint of CO2 that is released from a tank...
If oyu are looking for a way to generate CO2 here is an article that has been growing for a while and I always throw it out to people who post questions similair to yours. https://www.rollitup.org/do-yourself/1362-home-made-co2-tutorial.html

Now if you actually have a tank and want to know the settings to use in order to achieve a 1100 - 1900 PPM of CO2 in your room I can find you a chart but your room needs to be wirtight for you to utilize this technique 100%
