DIY Cob Led grow doubt

Hi All, i am planning to diy a cob led. I have decided to go with the BXRC-35E10K0-D-73-SE, 4 of them to run in my 3X3 tent. My doubt is i have seen people asking not to drive COB's at higher Amperes. The max current for this LED is 4.2A. So if i am using a meal well 2.1A driver, is it good to go? As i have seen many people suggesting 1.4A drivers as a good number, but most of the led i saw was having a lesser max current and then yes, 1.4A makes sense. Also please help me with some passive heat sink model for the same COB. Thanks in advance. You guys are geniuses

Any reason you wanna do cobs? Got em already or what's cause we can get you a strip built for the same price and you'll be much much happier.

I would love that but I am from India and the resources here is really bad. Especially with corona lockdown importing doesn't seem to be an option for me. I have to diy from tent to light for a grow. Lol. And diy cob seems to be the only way for me

8 of these strips and heatsinks:

$10.50 strips- https://www.cutter.com.au/product/ssk-1560zge-30cr/

$4.50 heatsinks-

And an LRS-350-48 or HLG-320H-48A DRIVER.

About 10' of simple, cheapest, and thinnest gauge angle aluminum you can find just for the frame.

A few rolls of thermal tape/screws and some miscellaneous tools and pieces to get it all out together and you'd be done

Well in that case, heatsinks are gonna be a real bitch for you to get unless you can use Alibaba. Also, I'd run 8 or 9 VERO COBs for a 3x3 over just using 4.
Either a 3x3 pattern or a 2x4 or 3x3 without a middle COB.

Only using 4 COBs means having appropriate heatsinks capable of handling 85ish watts each. They're gonna have to be pretty substantial if you want passively cooled.

So what do u recommend if I've to go with vero cobs. I'm aiming for like 350W , and also I wud like to stick to one driver. All these imported units are double the price in india than other countries.lol.
