DIY dual stage temperature controller under $50

This is not my design just something I found 1 day and thought it might be of use to people. Was thinking of slapping one together myself.

What I like about it is that it is dual stage, so it can monitor too hot or too cold and control 2 different devices accordingly like a fan and a space heater at the same time. Plus it looks pretty sweet.

Keep an eye on amps, can do fans, or like a small rez chiller/heater, but won't run a big AC unit or anything.
