Okie So here's the Deal ... im still messing around with my first grow (CFL closet grow)trying to get the hang of it, understanding what i need to improve / add / decrease etc..one of the stuff obviously of great importance is LIGHT .so i made up a basic light fixture that can hold up to 3 CFL sockets (can use Y brackets to add more CFL's)i have no idea if its any good as light reflector , but it made out from white card board i think it should be worth something, altho u can always paint it white.U SHOULD KNOW HOW TO WIRE UP A SOCKET , if u dont , dont bother reading.ALSO , i realise not everyone knows how to do a moving knot (u will c later on) , but u can work around itjust figure it out for urselves , this is what workes best for me .so heres the deal , u will need :1 shoe box (white in the inside , or just paint it white)3 CFL socket1 electric wire clips column (the clips that can join two seperate electric wires , with two screws , can see in the picture that white column with the wires)2m-1m electric wire1 ac electric wire1 super glue1 shoe laceflat screwdriver (normal size)cutting knifewire up the CFL sockets , i wont explain it here , if u dont know how to do itthan its best u dont mess around with electricity.u take the shoe box , measure its width and length . mark up on the outside of the box a basic3 points, according to your measurements , so ull evantually have a 3 equale sided trianglein the middle of the box.at my box , each side of the triangle was equales to about 12cm .to find out the middle of the length, u take ur (length - size of the triangle side) / 2u do the same for ur width , and ull end up with a trianglethats about the middle of the box.so now u take the screwdriver and hammer it on each of the tips , making a small a hole at the tiptake ur cutting knife and make a small cut , about 1cm . now take your pre wired CFL socket and shove it in with force. glue that shit up .do the same for all 3 CFL sockets , and wire those to the electric clip .wire also the ac cable to the electric clip.now mark the point of the middle of the box, take the screwdriver and make another hole .insert the shoe lace , tie a knot so that the lace cant escape the hole .now make a moving knot on the shoe lace, (the side of the knot that tightens the KNOT is the one that goes into the box) - its a knot that moves around the rope allowing u to short and lengthten your rope.now hang the other side of the shoe lace (the side that allowes u to shorten the lace ) to what ever u want and adjust the height .see pictures for exampledamn , cant arrange the text , cant load the pics , cant delete the thread .
