I grew DJ Short's Blueberry for a few years. Amazing high, and bag appeal, horrible yield. I've grown a nice pheno of Blue Dream for years, but recently had to retire her due to disease. I just started propagating the Blue Dream Santa Cruz cut, looking forward to seeing what she produces. Also looking forward to seeing how your two phenos turn out, looks good so far...

The s1 pant I have (mom) is an extremely heavy yeilder compared to most DJ bb I've been seeing.
I'm hoping this s2 will do the same in some regard.

I should note I purchased my seeds years before I grew it. The company i purchased my seeds from recieved a clone from another well know breeder who I won't name , and that breeder obtained their cut from dj short. I don't know the rules on this forum so I don't want to start listing seed companies .
So while my seed is born of Dj's plant from 1996, genetically it's a completely new animal as all plants are grown from seed.

s2 smells great like it's mother. I'm. Excited to see what unfolds with it more so than the BT.
I can certainly see the similarity between the two.
I need to investigate what blueberry of dj's was used to create the Santa Cruz bd. See if it was from the same 1996 plant my s1 is from.
