DNA Genetics Chocolope Stealthy 400w HPS Closet Grow

Update time...Jeez been 700 peeps through this thread now hope yer enjoying it...Today is day 44...14 more days and she will be going into 2 days of darkness and its harvest time ....about 4 days ago had a small bit of a mishap normally she would take 2 ltrs of water every 2 days but now its every evening...Came home tuesday to a very dry pot and a lot of wilthed leaves but she really is a resilient lady within 10 minutes of giving her water i watched all of the leaves curl back out to normal struchure right before me its was pretty cool to look at over the last few days some of the outsides of the leaves have gone yellow but im not worrying about that she seems healthy to me and the smell is just fucking amazing really can't wait till she's dried and cured...going to flush today and just water from here on in for the last 2 weeks well heres some pictures enjoy...feell free to comment both posistive and negative always welcome....

Ok so flush completed and to ease the stress of it all had her on blocks of wood in the bath tub with abit of mozart on the laptop playing in the background Flushed with 10ltrs air-pot so it took ages she's getting more dank by the day...Went to the local to see about some seeds going to throw in 6 small pots in the closet on 12-12 from seed...Was looking at some seeds today need to make a decision do i go with DNA gentics lemon skunk or rocklock...barneys pineapple chunk or tangereine dream...Sensi skunk #1(bit pricey though 100 for 5 fems)...Or white widow...Im leaning towards the lemon skunk she seems to be nice plant good yeild and some excellent smoke reports...But there's soo many nice strains there oh og kush and kandy kush aswell...Can only afford to buy 5 ...

Day 54 today and im very surprised I took pictures with a macro filter to check out her trich's all of the trich's are cloudy apart from roughly 25% that are amber so I'm assuming this is the time to harvest. The pictures are below look closely and you'll see the amber trich's...Took most of the popcorn buds off last week im never doing LST ever again unless i have to ended up with aload of popcorn buds which i feel have taken away from the main buds...Well here's the pictures and the lights are going to switched off in about 8 hours unless anyone out there thinks i should wait...But having smoke for xmas made me a very happy farmer....

Already done con all chopped dried and put in there jars for curing my man I will put up pics tomorrow of the final yield and dry weight

Well taught i might finish this thread off was a bit dissapointed with the final yeild got 30g dry off her. But taking in to consideration that she was fried as a seedling, I bearly got her back then there was the incident of her getting some serious nute burn and finally when she dried up due to lack of water this definetly effect her final yield. I won't be doing LST again too quickly I found that it caused her to grow a lot of popcorn buds on the stems which took away from the growth of the main buds some very big lessons learnt on this grow but onwards and upwards. The next set is just starting to germ its some DNA sharksbreath doing 12/12 from seed but will start a new thread for this. Well here is the final yield pics. I must say it is some killer smoke very citrus smell of the buds the smoke taste's very fruity but a small bit earthy the high is amazing very heavy body high but there is a very alert at the same time perfect for gaming ha.

lookin sweet do pity about the yield. check mine out startin to fill in abit and smelling delicous! bout 5.5 weeks on 12/12 now having abit of yellowing do think its nute burn wat u think?

I think a oz for a plant that was thrown into flowering at 5 inches tall is an expected yield. If you want a bigger yield from a single plant, give it more veg time, and do some topping during veg to get a nice even canopy. With a 400 watt HPS, you could pull 4 zips from that plant if you veg it longer and keep it healthy through veg and flower.

Well like I said my man plenty of lessons learnt on this grow have my next six seeds in the closet they all popped doing them 12/12 from seed 6 of them there it will create a nice SOG in the small space that I have

Not bad considering the problems you had with it early, they clearly affected the final yield, stunting the growth of the plant by "thickening its veins" so to speak. I would love to see a SOG of this strain, it is a truly under-appreciated variety!
