DNA genetics SORBET CROSSES

I am currently growing someone else's cut of double stuffed sorbet. At day 22 she is lookin' mighty fine. Smells pretty nice too. Sweet and Spicy. She has been a totally hassle free, well structured plant. She was eager to get her flower on and she seems "ahead of schedule". I will try to get a pic or 2 up soon.

I have not got to smoke it yet but the Banana Sorbet is looking pretty damn good. Trichome coverage seems to be good solid buds and it looks like it will produce. I am getting a real strong sweet smell from them. I am not sure if I would call it banana but it is close. Here are a few pictures of it.

So over DNA
Ever since they screwed their holy grail up they aren’t worth jack. Thinking people are gonna be into some sorbet. What a bunch of newbs
Not sure what the point of your post is but you should give them a go, the sorbet crosses are some of the most consistently good seeds I've bought in years. The Kosher Dawg is excellent too, hitting 32oz per 600w light with my clone on that strain, that's a really good result for my setup, the smoke is on the heavy side though so it's not for everyone.

And who are newbs? DNA? Even the fact that you would use that word exposes you as a bit childish. I've never heard anyone over the age of 30 use it.

Bro I’ve been popping seeds for close to 20 years. I think I know my seed companies. After the holy grail DNA has not put out any fire genetics. Whether they went through new ownership or whatever their genetics have lost a lot of value. OG#18 was fire if you had the right pheno. Kosher Kush was a lanky stretchy plant with decent smoke. The grail is the only thing of value that dna did & they F’d that all up. And they pay attitude a lot of money to put that on their top 5 most popular. SMH

Haha, you're talking to the wrong guy if you think I'm going to take that as experience, you don't know the half of it. Keep doing what you're doing pal, but no one care about you opinions on seeds that you haven't grown so leave this one for people who have.

32 oz a 600? Double ended?

Single, no CO2. Just a 2 layer scrog. Popped a pack and they all yielded between 3.5 and 5.5 each with one hitting 7.5 on the first run, clones of that are consistently hitting 8oz with 4 under a 600. The smoke sends you to sleep every time though don't need much veg time as they stretch to about 2.5x but the flowering time is about 10.5 weeks so on the longer side.

Just had a look but I deleted most of my photos a while ago, worried about security. I'll stick some up next round but i'm sure there be loads around on insta etc. I won't be the only one getting those sort of numbers, it's a pretty homogeneous strain from what I've seen, all the plants produced several dense 20-30cm colas and quality bud down to the lower reaches of the plant.

One thing I would be aware of if you grab a pack is that it's difficult to clone. I ended up buying an aeroponic cloner as they just wouldn't take in cubes or peat pellets, even in the cloner I only get a 60% hit rate, glad I persisted though. Just thought, I think I posted a bud pic on my insta. Will have a look.

As mentioned above, I was given a cut of Double Stuffed Sorbet. She produced 143 grams of frosty rocks in 1/4 of my 3x3 with only 360 watts of LED. Top producer out of the 4 plants in my 3x3 multi-strain scrog. And oh yeah...she was only in a 2 litre pot (Yes 2 litres). Medium was a 4x4x2.5 grodan block set on top of croutons, in a flood and drain table being hit 6 times a day since week 2 of flower. Feed was Jacks 3-2-1 and Floralicious. Took her at 68days. Could have maybe gone a bit longer. Easy to grow, easy to clone, easy to trim. Heavy medicinal high that will help you sleep, and a sharp fruity cookies taste.

She was a looker - faded to light pink after 10 days of flush and an upwards PH drift.

Just Lovely Herb. Will keep her around for a while.

I don't know what I am going to get from my Banana Sorbet but they are big. I don't think any strain in this grow will produce as much as those 3 while. All 3 are big that says a hell of a lot. Especially when you consider how frosty they are. I will be keeping one of them around for a while and I don't keep plants LOL.

The one thing that has sold me on DNA genetics. It is not the great plants. I expect that from them. It is the bad plants. The worst plant of each strain is better than a lot out there. Some may be better than others but the worst of the bunch is still pretty good. I am loving Banana Sorbet so far. This plant looks great and is not even the best of the bunch.

Some Double Stuffed Sorbet and Sorbet Stash. These are at about 7.5 weeks from the flip. Fantastic plants, really easy grow so far. The DSS are all pretty similar in structure but all have different terp profiles, one is slightly more stretchy and looks like it'll yield a little more than the others. Some nice colours coming through now too.

Have some Kosher Dawg on the go too that's looking very good

Ive always been happy with DNA, I think they're one of the best in the business. Yes, I've had some crap plants but I've had that from every breeder, I've had more exceptional plants from DNA than from anywhere else though.

I had a 24k thats clones have made it all over the place and probably the best plant I've ever grown was a RP Skywalker Kush (large yielding, powerful, delicious, rock solid buds with a stunning structure and beautiful curved leaves that I've never seen before or since) but unfortunately the clones didn't take and the reveg attempt failed. Never got that pheno again. Maybe a one off.

Great breeders though in my opinion, and I've tried lots, saw someone accusing them of being pollen chuckers for their sorbet line in IG

I know this is a old thread but how would you compare double stuff to headstash only have room for one of them as I am only in a 3x3 setup. After growing kosher dawg I want to try some more of thier strains I loved it heavy yielding easy growing sticky stinky.only other one I did was cataract just as good just yields a little yes
