DNA genetics

Anyone else have bad luck with DNA genetics the last couple of packs I got from them half of them didn't pop from seed and and had some of the seedlings die for no apparent reason my Barney farm seeds I had alongside them every seed popped and doing great

Not with dna only had some gelato sorbet throw balls on 5 out of 5 plants over 2 grows an that was the only strain to do it. My fault apparently according to them. Imo shitty breeding an possibly why the strain is still out of stock an has been a while. They denied this tho. (But their bakers delight is a great strain btw)

Contact them still tho and they may be up for replacing them or contact the seedbank depending on your local laws I spose.

But I had a similar issue this round with PCS freebies of ksmorz. I popped 6 freebies alongside 4 cakebomb purchased seeds and another 5 in house genetics. All popped fine apart from the freebie ksmorz. They cracked and even sprouted a tiny tap root but 4 out of 6 just died after a couple days an didn’t even break ground after cracking. The other 2 made it to maturity but we’re stupidly slow growing but all of sudden just took off one day at around 3-4 weeks of veg.

I put on another 4 or 5 ksmorz beans from the actual purchased pack I had and all those popped fine so it seems it wasn’t me and they were possibly just older stock improperly stored maybe. jus strange how they cracked, then proceeded to jus commit suicide for no apparent reason lol.

I did send koma a msg but I don’t think he gives a shit I mean they were freebies after all. It was a courtesy msg tho to let him know there might be issues with the freebie stock at Attitude. I don’t expect a replacement obviously but I know if others have problems some people may get antsy. Also if they were my seeds I bred I’d want to know if People had issues etc.

Yeah I got them from greybeard they could be old seeds but super disappointing when some don't pop in the ones you start dying for no reason and the The one I do have left is growing like shit. I will say that the Barney's farm gorilla Skittles grows like crazy in veg I'm sure it will go strong in flower as well

I got a DNA Kosher Cookies freebie that I just planted that broke ground but shortly after that has been doing absolutely nothing. I have a Barney's Farm - Wedding Cake right next to it that's doing great. I have a DNA Holy Grail Kush I planted as well and it doesn't seem that vigorous but it's still alive. I have five more Holy Grail Kush seeds which I'll probably run at some point depending on how this one does.

Yeah I have one more pack of seeds from them I might give a shot again but probably won't buy anymore DNA I figured I wasn't the only one lol

I have a good 20 more seeds to run and I'm just hoping to find a couple keepers. I heard great things about the Holy Grail Kush but I'll probably abstain from anymore DNA Genetics for awhile unless there is a crazy promo.

Their Strawberry Banana is a nice one. Can’t complain about these seeds.

I tried to pop 2 lemon skunks, they didn't but the next 2 I tried did. They're both in early flower but neither look like anything special with no lemon smells yet. I doubt either will make the cut. Ill get pics when they're further along.

Damn and I heard that their lemon skunk is fucking killer.

I had tried some lemon skunk years ago I dont know what breeder but my guess is it was DNAs and it was some of the stickiest most potent shit ever....smelt and tasted very lemony too....def was one of my top 10 all time smokes

All 6 bakers delight failed germination those glass vials are crap for long term storage , like a microwave in such a small surface area . Left out in 30° heat for a day and it's game over. Happened to me a few times now from attitude the last few times with beans. I'm just going to get some new releases from now on, don't know how many years they have been stored and transported.

So who do you recommend trying from europe?
Th seeds?
Barney’s farm? But I heard /read so Many mixed opinions on them..

I recommend TH Seeds...great strains and exceptional germ rate and vigor

I recently grew out DNA genetics Kandy Kush and it's phenomenal smoke. Great yielder as well

Im sure their lemon skunk is real nice but I'll need to run a few more to find something worth keeping.
