Do I have a hermie here?

Just like the title says, I was checking out my plants tonight and I noticed some rather odd looking growths on my stem. From what I have been able to find online this doesn't look like a hermie to me but then again, I've never seen one w/ my own eyes. This is where you come in...in your opinion, do I have a hermie on my hands? I'm happy to share the love w/ some rep for any help or opinions on this...

Naahh That's 100% girl. That's just individual flower bracts... The buds you're used to seeing are actually made up of hundreds of those.
