do i have enough light?

i have my walk in closet as a grow room, it is about 5ftx5ft. everything but the carpet is painted white so light can reflect off of the walls. i am planning on growing 3 skunk plants. i have 3, 3gallon pots that have a mixture of 25%perlite and 75% miricle grow seed starting soil. will be watering with distilled water that is airrated. the ph is a little under 7. the light setup i have now is just a workshop with 2 32watt t8 with cool white bulbs for veg and will add 2 24" flurescents for flowering. Is there anything i can do to improve my setup, trying to keep it as low cost as possible. also any comments on dr. earth bat guano 10-3-1 thinking about using. thanks

maybe add 3 5600k and 3 2700k cfl's 23 actual watts or more at least. thats for cheap. what you have now will be ok for seedlings keep the lights as close as you can without touching. your gonna need more light if you want enough bud to make the journey worth it. good luck

im also using cfls in a pc grow box i built and em a newbie i did have 2 26 watt cfls and a 13 watt but i took one out think its stunning them to much light to young? grew like mad then stoped still look healthy why did they stop growing?
