Do I have thrips or possibly something else? Saw 1 small yellowish orange, extremely tiny bug.

Please take a look at this photo. I'd estimate 5% of the fan leaves in the room look like this. This is in a new setup helping a friend out. He sprayed wettable sulfur 6 weeks prior to this photo being taken so there is the possibility this is actually sulfur.

We spent a good hour scouting the plants but only thing I found was a very small bug, yellowish orange in color, very very small but I could tell it was alive cause it was moving along the underside of the leaf. For its size it moved somewhat quickly I though. Out of the entire room I only saw this little guy... nothing else, plants overall look healthy.

Any idea? Thank you!

Looking at the picture, it does look like thrips to me. Usually they arent to much of an issue If still in veg or early flower, i like to use captain jacks dead bug for thrips.
