Do I Have To Make a Second Journal For Here?

I followed the instructions and went to the bottom left of my profile to do a journal, and it got posted on the bottom right box here of this page.

I've looked around and love the journals you find that everybody pulls seats up for. I was hoping to start something like that, is that a new one that i have to do in here?
or where?

The other thing is can I copy it and add it somewhere else?
